Key Responsibilities

• Process remittance transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote company products and partner services to drive sales and customer growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Educate customers on products, services, and digital self-service platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in sales or customer service role within the financial services sector.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
