Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
  • Provide accurate information on product availability, sizing, details, and styling recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all operational activities
  • Assist with order tracking and returns and ensure all issues are resolved smoothly and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including seasonal drops and bestsellers.
  • Collaborate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Document customer feedback and issues to help improve service and inform team decisions.
  • Contribute strategic insights to drive brand visibility, collaborations, and business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication across all levels of the organisation.
  • Understanding of fashion trends, production processes, and creative workflows.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience
