An established company is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Breakdown Coordinator to manage customer enquiries, commercial vehicle breakdowns, and service-related requests. The successful candidate will coordinate between customers, dealers, workshops, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication, timely resolutions, and minimal vehicle downtime while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- Matric
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a call centre, customer service, breakdown coordination, or service advisor role
- Experience within the transport, automotive, fleet support, or commercial vehicle industry
- Strong understanding of breakdown coordination, workshop operations, and aftersales processes
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and document management
- Own reliable transport
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Additional language skills will be advantageous
