Reports To: Operations Manager / HR Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Admin Officer to manage client relationships and support deployed staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for follow-ups, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the company, clients, and field staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with deployed staff
- Maintain consistent communication with outsourced/deployed staff across locations
- Handle and resolve complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or escalate concerns when necessary
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of staff and client records
- Prepare reports on client feedback, staff performance, and issue resolution
- Support general administrative duties within the HR/operations team
- Ensure compliance with company policies by deployed staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in customer service, HR, or admin role preferably in a recruitment or outsourcing firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients/staff
