A well established Medical company is looking for a Customer Service Clerk in Cape Town.
Required Minimum Education
· Matric Grade 12
· 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
· In‑house training provided
Desirable Additional Education, Experience & Personal Qualities
· Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent telephone technique with strong attention to detail
· Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience preparing quotes
· Experience handling customer queries
· Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
