Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via calls and digital channels
Provide accurate information about services/products
Resolve customer complaints efficiently
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Record and report customer interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
Age: Below 35 years
Strong understanding of the betting industry
Fluent in English and Swahili
Minimum education: Advanced Certificate / Certificate / Diploma
Degree is an added advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and smartphone usage skills
At least 1 year experience in a similar role (added advantage)
