A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to oversee branch sales, aftersales operations, customer service, profitability, and overall business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, leading branch teams, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.
Requirements:- Degree or Diploma in Management, Business, or a related field advantageous
- Valid Code 8 driver's licence
- 5–10 years' experience in a senior management role within the trucking, automotive, or commercial vehicle industry
- Proven experience managing sales, aftersales, workshop, and branch operations
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and profitability oversight skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve operational performance
- Sound knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management practices
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities
