Job Details

This role is responsible for ensuring dealer compliance standards, coordinating sales and product training across the dealer network, and supporting product research and development initiatives both locally and cross-border.
? Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage dealer development and upgrade roll-out plans
✔ Ensure dealer facilities comply with corporate identity and brand standards
✔ Conduct dealer audits and oversee corrective action plans
✔ Coordinate sales and product training across the dealer network
✔ Manage training schedules, attendance, certifications, and assessments
✔ Develop training content aligned with market trends and competitor analysis
✔ Conduct product comparison research and market assessments
✔ Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning
✔ Liaise with dealers, contractors, and internal departments
✅ Minimum Requirements:

  • -Degree or equivalent qualification
  •  5–8 years’ experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
  • Dealer network exposure essential
  • Experience in training coordination and/or standards compliance preferred
  • Strong research and analytical ability
  • Willingness to travel locally, cross-border, and internationally
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence
  • Passport/documentation for cross-border travel required
