We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional patient care. Location: Potchefstroom, North West Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: August 2026 Responsibilities Chairside assistance during dental procedures Preparing and sterilising instruments Infection prevention and sterilisation procedures Preparing treatment rooms before and after patients Taking and recording patient information Assisting with reception duties, including answering phones, booking appointments, and welcoming patients Assisting with medical aid administration (advantageous) Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment Minimum Requirements Previous dental assisting experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, and well-presented Able to work independently and as part of a team Good computer skills Strong organisational and time management skills A positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care Advantageous HPCSA registration as a Dental Assistant Experience with dental practice management software Knowledge of medical aid claims and dental administration What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a new and modern dental practice Supportive and professional working environment Competitive salary based on experience.
