What You'll Do
- Create high quality, dental and orthodontic appliances tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate closely with dentists to interpret prescriptions and achieve exact specifications
- Utilize both traditional techniques and digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design and milling
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure consistent quality
- Document processes and maintain case records for traceability and quality control
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology from an accredited institution
- 2-3 years' hands-on experience in a professional dental laboratory
- Proficiency in both manual fabrication and digital dental technologies CAD/CAM experience highly desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship
- Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to adapt to complex cases
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
