Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing and sales initiatives through digital campaigns, lead generation and integrated marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other online platforms.

·        Support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive sales.

·        Manage online property listings and digital marketing channels.

·        Monitor campaign performance, budgets and prepare marketing reports.

·        Support website updates, CRM and marketing database management.

·        Assist in organizing property launches, open houses, customer engagement events, agent networking events, exhibitions and other company marketing activities.

·        Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers and business partners when required.

·        Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

·        Work closely with the Sales Team to support project marketing and promotional initiatives.

·        Carry out any other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager or Management from time to time.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

·        Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing or related marketing roles.

·        Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or other digital platforms.

·        Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

·        Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Salary

Starting from KES 80,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
