Direct Sales Agent / Representative

• This is a n on-site, full-time position for a Direct Sales Representative based in Abuja.
• The role involves identifying and acquiring potential clients, promoting the bank's financial products, and meeting sales target.
• Responsibilities also include conducting sales presentations and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaboration with team members and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with prospects and clients.
• Ability to cross sell the bank's financial products.
• Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to effectively participate in training programs to enhance sales proficiency.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• O'level, OND, HND, Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
