Liberty Credit is a growing financial services institution providing accessible financing solutions to individuals and businesses across Zambia. As we expand our sales team, we are looking for motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents.

Locations: Lusaka, Chibombo, Solwezi

Role Overview:

As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging potential customers.
• Generating and following up on sales leads.
• Promoting Liberty Credit’s financial products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Market and sell payroll loans.
• Preliminary assessment of client affordability.
• Collecting and submitting KYC documents for loan processing.
• Assisting clients sign loan agreements.
• Submitting original documents to respective branches.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 Certificate or better.

Skills & Attributes:

• Able to generate sales.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and creative.
• Able to work in a fast-paced competitive environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation:

• Commission-based remuneration.
• Sales incentives based on performance.
