Driver

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver who is very familiar with routes across Delta, particularly Asaba, and other major areas within the state.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all assigned vehicles are always clean and in good condition.
• Convey staff, clients and supplies from one place to another
• Ensure the driver's log is always filled when proceeding on any assignment.
• Comply with the company rules, regulations, and policies.
• Comply with the traffic regulations
• Routinely check the condition of the vehicle to ensure that everything is in working order.
• Ensure that the company’s vehicles are safely and comfortably driven by observing defensive driving while on the road to prevent accidents.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs
• Prepare and submit reports that may include the number of clients or trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.
• Must be familiar with various routes in Asaba, Delta state.
• Must know how to drive maual and automatic vehicles.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
