Location: Paarden Eiland, Cape Town

Job Type: Full-time 

Work arrangement: In-office (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00)

Originally starting as a humble family business in Cape Town, they have grown into a premier private-label manufacturing partner with global reach—supporting large-scale retail programs across South Africa, the USA, the UK, and international markets. They specialize in creating smart, sustainable, and durable shopper packaging that helps the world's largest retailers move away from single-use plastics.

As they continue to grow their digital footprint and expand their international trade presence, they are scaling their e-commerce operations. They are looking for an ambitious professional to join their young, driven team in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, and help power their online sales channels to the next level.

 

Who You Are:

  • 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, marketplace administration, digital marketing, or a related field (Recent graduates with a genuine interest in e-commerce are also highly encouraged to apply!).

  • Platform-savvy with a familiarity or eagerness to master major online sales channels and marketplaces.

  • Comfortable working with data, back-end systems, and digital platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities paired with an analytical mindset.

  • Independent and collaborative work style, thriving within a fast-paced environment.

  • Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management: Support the day-to-day management and optimization of core online sales channels, including Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Retail, Takealot Marketplace, Makro Marketplace, and Shopify.

  • Data Administration: Utilize Excel or Google Sheets to organize product data, update listings, and monitor channel performance.

  • Account Growth: Collaborate with a young, driven team to help open, manage, and optimize new and beneficial retail accounts.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve day-to-day operational or system issues across various marketplace platforms to ensure smooth trading.

  • Communication & Alignment: Align with internal team goals and maintain clear communication regarding stock, listings, and platform updates.
