E-Commerce & Digital Growth Associate

Job Summary

• The E-Commerce & Digital Growth Associate is responsible for driving the company's online sales, digital presence, and customer engagement across all e-commerce and digital platforms.
• The role involves managing website operations, optimizing product listings, executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update our Shopify website
• Run and optimize Meta Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Run and optimize Google Ads
• Improve SEO and Google search visibility
• Manage and grow our social media presence
• Monitor website traffic, conversions, and sales performance
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports

Key Performance Indicators KPIs
This role will be measured primarily by:

• Website sales growth
• Website traffic growth
• SEO performance
• Campaign ROI/ROAS
• Customer acquisition results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify.
• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of SEO
• Experience using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to use recent AI tools for content and engagement.

Location Preference:

• Candidates residing within Surulere, Yaba, Maryland, Ikeja, or nearby areas are preferred.
