Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum and academic standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate pupils' academic progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and classroom resources.
- Foster pupils' intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development.
- Promote positive behaviour, discipline, and respect through effective classroom management.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of pupils.
- Integrate appropriate teaching resources and technology into classroom instruction.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding pupils' academic progress and well-being.
- Support the school in promoting character development by modelling integrity, responsibility, kindness, respect, and excellence.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training programmes, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Comply with the school's safeguarding, health, safety, and child protection policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an NCE in education or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' teaching experience in a nursery or primary school.
- Experience teaching the British Curriculum is an added advantage.
- Excellent classroom management and lesson delivery skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good ICT proficiency.
- TRCN certification or registration is an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching, child development, and values-based education.

Location: Benin City, Edo
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 150,000 Monthly
