- Access control, CCTV, fire detection, and data network infrastructure
- Energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
- Project management, contract administration, and site inspections
Technical experience may include: - AutoCAD
- Revit MEP
- Relux / Dialux
- ReticMaster
- ETAP
- PowerCAD
- BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments
Ideal backgrounds include: - 5+ years of electrical engineering design experience
- Consulting engineering or building services experience
- Exposure to large commercial, retail, industrial, or mixed-use developments
- Strong understanding of SANS regulations and industry standards
- Experience producing technical reports, specifications, and design documentation
- Site supervision, commissioning, and project coordination experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and engage with clients and project stakeholders
Qualifications: - BEng / BSc / BTech in Electrical Engineering
- ECSA Registration (PrEng / PrTechEng) advantageous
