MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Cleaning, Merging, Reconciliation, Submission:
- Own preparation of the global survey dataset, combining HR system Workday data with separately collected office submissions.
- Apply business rules consistently and reconcile records across all data sources.
- Submit a single, validated dataset to the survey vendor on schedule, with all quality checks complete.
Data Collection:
- Own employee data collection from offices that operate outside the HR system Workday.
- Partner with HR contacts globally to ensure timely, accurate submissions.
- Validate returned data against established quality standards; identify and resolve issues proactively.
During Survey Support:
- Serve as the data point of contact during the live survey period.
- Investigate and resolve participant data queries; escalate systemic issues to the Our Voice programme lead survey owner.
Post-Survey Updates:
- Process post-survey demographic corrections to preserve year-on-year trend continuity.
- Update manager and reporting line data ahead of results release.
- Resolve ad-hoc data issues as they surface.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or related field; or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Advanced Excel: lookups VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, conditional formatting, duplicate handling.
- Comfortable working with large datasets 30,000+ rows.
- Experience running structured data quality checks across multiple sources.
- Ability to work independently using detailed process documentation and recorded handover materials.
- Comfort reading and interpreting structured HR or employee data.
- Required Language: English.
