Job Purpose: Support the bottling section in achieving maximum productivity by planning and carrying out Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown maintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems of the machines with the help of the technical team, under the guidance of the Mechanical engineer, while maintaining 100% compliance with safety, health, and environment.
Required Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare, plan and supervise CLTI & PM activities/Guide the team in trouble shooting of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic break downs/ Knowledge gaining and sharing attitude/ Understand and comply quality requirements/Lead the team in audits to comply the standards/ Planning of spares requirement in four months advance/ Spares consumption tracking, analysis and control/ Prepare ROL and ROQ for engineering spares and maintain with the help of stores team/ Analysis of Maintenance and break down reports /Lead the team in Root cause analysis, prepare and implement corrective action plans/Work attitude towards KPI’s/Do skill gap analysis and prepare training programs/Hygiene and Punctual to duties/ Ethical and honest on duties
Communication Skills: Fluent in speaking & writing of French/ Considerable Knowledge in speaking & writing of English
Shop floor Experience:8-10 Years hands-on experience on Mechanical maintenance of bottling machinery like Fillers, Blow molding machines, Conveyors, Palletizers, shrink wrap and Stretch wrap machines, Syrup process equipment, Sugar conveyors, Agitators, Boilers, Air compressors up to 40 Bar, workshop equipment, Gear boxes, Cams and Cam followers, Replacement of mechanical seals. Experience in the maintenance of Refrigeration chillers and HVAC equipment shall be an added advantage.
Computer Knowledge: MS Office
Systems experience: HACCP/ISO/TPM \
