Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute enterprise sales and business development initiatives targeting oil & gas and industrial sectors.
  • Identify, secure, and manage pilot deployment opportunities with key industry clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with HSE managers, operations leaders, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct compelling client presentations, product demonstrations, and develop tailored proposals to drive engagement.
  • Develop and manage robust sales pipelines, effectively navigating long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and deployment teams to ensure successful pilot implementations.
  • Represent Our Client at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
  • Support and foster strategic partnerships with international technology providers to expand solution offerings.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, partnership agreements, and enterprise contracts to secure business growth.
  • Contribute strategically to revenue growth objectives and the long-term business development strategy of Our Client.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 to 12 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development, specifically within oil & gas, industrial technology, enterprise IT, telecom, engineering services, HSE solutions, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise-level accounts and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
  • Established professional network within the Nigerian oil & gas ecosystem is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ROI and operational value to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of technology-driven solutions relevant to industrial and enterprise environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup setting.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships with HSE managers, operations leaders, procurement teams, and senior executives.
  • Proven track record in securing pilot deployments and converting them into long-term enterprise contracts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and deployment teams during pilot phases.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and results-oriented approach.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and excellent executive presence.
  • Technology-curious and innovation-focused with a relationship-driven leadership style.
