Estate Surveyor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, estate management, property inspections, market analysis, and ensuring efficient management of real estate assets while delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations for various real estate assets
• Manage and oversee residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Carry out property inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Source and market properties for sale, lease, and acquisition
• Advise clients on property investments, market trends, and real estate opportunities
• Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, and property management reports
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders on property-related matters
• Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and professional standards

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in Estate Management or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in estate surveying, valuation, or property management
• Knowledge of property valuation techniques and real estate market trends
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
