Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion
  • Source and secure new event opportunities to drive revenue
  • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
  • Promote event services and contribute to marketing initiatives
  • Track event performance and provide post-event reports
  • Maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts


Requirements:

  • A minimum of a b.sc in event management, hospitality, marketing, or related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event planning or management
  • Proven ability to generate and manage events independently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Remuneration: NGN 180,000- 200,000  plus commission
