Duties:
- Assist the Managing Director to manage the office in Abuja, this will entail liaising with suppliers and having contacts in the business community in Abuja and solving problems
- Working with the Managing Director to reduce her work load however necessary, normally administrative tasks and liaising with clients and contacts, setting up meetings, following up from meetings etc.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Willing to undertake a wide variety of work
- Be creative and a problem solver with a can-do attitude
- IT skills are essential
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload, prioritise and manage time
- Adaptable and flexible
- At least 5 years experience undertaking similar work
- An engaging and proactive ‘can do’ attitude where successes and failures are shared
- Experienced in working in an international environment
