We are looking for a passionate, dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage to join our leadership team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing our Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards and driving the performance of our outlets.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations
• Ensure excellent service quality and guest satisfaction
• Develop, motivate and inspire the Food & Beverage team
• Monitor departmental budgets, costs and revenue performance
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and operational excellence
• Work closely with the Executive Management Team to achieve the resort’s objectives
• Introduce creative concepts to enhance the guest dining experience
Candidate Profile
✅ Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership position within the hospitality industry
✅ Strong leadership and team-management skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, budgeting and cost control
✅ Guest-focused, results-driven and highly organised
✅ Creative, energetic and capable of working in a fast-paced resort environment
