Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize appointments and ensure the CEO is adequately prepared for each engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the CEO.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical,
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO.
- Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the CEO, including transportation, lodging, and itinerary planning.
- Handle visa applications, expense reports, and reimbursement requests related to travel.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the CEO and the company professionally in interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC in any relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptability and resourcefulness to handle unexpected challenges.
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Resides in Lagos.
