About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative digital marketer with practical experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, editing videos, and executing successful digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate must be highly creative, internet-savvy, trend-aware, and capable of producing content that drives engagement, visibility, audience growth, and conversions.
This is not an internship or entry level role. We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience creating, managing, publishing, editing, optimizing, and growing digital platforms professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X Twitter, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging social media content including graphics, captions, reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Edit high-quality promotional videos, reels, social media clips, and marketing content
- Develop and execute social media content calendars and campaign strategies
- Monitor social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement opportunities
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and related platforms
- Create marketing campaigns that improve visibility, engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams on campaign execution
- Write compelling captions, campaign copy, and promotional content
- Analyze campaign and social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Support branding, promotions, launches, and client marketing activities
- Ensure consistent brand communication and digital presence across platforms
- Assist with content shoots, creative direction, and campaign planning where necessary
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years practical experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong hands-on experience with video editing and content creation
- Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts professionally
- Demonstrated ability to grow engagement, audience reach, or online visibility
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience behavior
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Experience working in a digital agency or fast-paced creative environment is an advantage
