External Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the boom gate at the entrance
• Control and authorise access for staff, suppliers, and customers
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing movement of people and vehicles
• Ensure proper flow of traffic at the entrance point
• Maintain vigilance to prevent unauthorised access
• Report any suspicious behaviour or security concerns immediately
• Assist with basic logbook or register entries where required

• Must be honest, reliable, and disciplined
• Must have reliable transport to and from work
• Must be able to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 system
• Previous security or access control experience will be advantageous

• 3-person rotation system
• 24-hour coverage, 7 days a week
• Shift-based scheduling (including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
