REQUIREMENT:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a service team
- Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic stock control and administrative knowledge advantageous
- Hands-on and team-oriented approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and presentation
- Support and guide restaurant and bar staff during service
- Assist with staff training and performance management
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and operational procedures
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
- Monitor operational standards and service efficiency
- Uphold lodge standards and professionalism at all times
