A leading school group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of its campuses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Estate Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in facilities management, preferably across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, contractor management, health and safety, and asset management.
- Professional membership IFMA, NSE, NIA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and management of school facilities and infrastructure.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital projects.
- Manage contractors, budgets, and facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
