Responsibilities:
Utility & Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of high-capacity diesel generators.
- Synchronised power systems, automated water treatment plants, sewage systems, and central HVAC units.
Vendor & Contractor Oversight:
- Source, vet, and supervise premium service providers, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) technicians, waste disposal teams, and elevator service engineers.
Security & Access Coordination:
- Collaborate with estate security and private security teams to manage strict access control protocols at entry points, maintaining the estate's high security standards.
Resident & VIP Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing maintenance requests, complaints, and emergencies with absolute discretion, professionalism, and promptness.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Conduct routine facility audits to ensure absolute compliance with fire safety codes, environmental standards, and structural health.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in facilities management, estate management, civil/electrical/mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing residential estates, premium multi-family complexes, or 5-star hospitality properties, ideally within Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Lekki.
- High-output power generation.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence, crisis management capabilities, and good verbal and written communication.
