Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure the production is High and order
- Manage staff to ensure production is at its highest.
- Lead and supervise production, maintenance, and operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure products meet customer specifications.
- Matric certificates
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience working with Aluminium.
- Has knowledge of the designing of doors and windows.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
