BURSAR’S DEPARTMENT
FARM ACCOUNTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining full-cycle accounting rewards using existing Accounting Packages.
Monitoring farm inputs and related costs to ensure maximum accountability and waste reduction.
Managing flexible and timeous disbursement of funds to meet critical operational activities.
Ensuring all financial activities adhere to the PFMA and relevant statutory regulations.
Preparing budget performance reports on a monthly basis.
Preparing adhoc reports and Audit schedules.
Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 5 O’ levels including Mathematics and English.
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
At least two years working experienced preferably on a farming environment.
