Employment Information

  Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate crop, livestock, production, and financial records.
  • Record all farm sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
  • Manage customer orders, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Maintain staff attendance and payroll records based on reports from farm supervisors.
  • Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records up to date.
  • Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
  • Ensure all farm records are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.   
  • Hold regular physical meetings with the Directors.
  • Coordinate sales of the farm produce To  work from around Kiambu or Nairobi County Minimum


Qualifications

  • Certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in farm administration or office administration is an added advantage.
