Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate crop, livestock, production, and financial records.
- Record all farm sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Manage customer orders, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Maintain staff attendance and payroll records based on reports from farm supervisors.
- Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records up to date.
- Coordinate communication with customers, suppliers, and transport providers.
- Ensure all farm records are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
- Hold regular physical meetings with the Directors.
- Coordinate sales of the farm produce To work from around Kiambu or Nairobi County Minimum
Qualifications
- Certificate in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills. Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in farm administration or office administration is an added advantage.
