Position: Farm Assistant Supervisor
Location: Eastern Province, CHIPATA (Chinjala Area)

About the Role:

Support the Farm Manager in supervising daily farm operations, including livestock (piggery, goats, cattle, poultry), fish ponds, and crop agricultural activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise farm workers.
• Coordinate and direct daily farm activities.
• Ensure deadlines are met for activities.
• Work with managers to coordinate with other farm units.
• Monitor staff rosters, hours, performance and resolve grievances.
• Oversee farming units and suggest improvements.
• Inspect farm buildings and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Agriculture or a Certificate.
• More than 1 year of experience will be an added advantage.
• Motorcycle riders with a valid license will be an added advantage.
