Vacancy: Farm Manager

Location: Midlands, KwaZulu Natal 

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Manager to join our team in the picturesque region of KwaZulu Natal.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the farm and ensure its overall success.
You will manage a variety of tasks related to Agriculture, including Dairy Management, Beef Farm Management, and General Farm Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily farm activities
• Manage and co ordinate the dairy
• Implement strategies for increased productivity
• Oversee livestock health and breeding programs

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Farm Management and a strong passion for Agriculture and Livestock.

• While formal qualifications are beneficial, practical knowledge and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
• Ability to speak/ converse in isiZulu with staff and issue daily instructions in isiZulu would be an advantage
