Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and manage farm hands, ensuring tasks are completed effectively
- Plan and coordinate farming activities including planting, irrigation, harvesting, and storage
- Monitor crop health and implement measures to improve yield and quality
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and resources
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inputs, and outputs
- Implement cost control measures and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Liaise with management on farm performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in farm management or agricultural operations
- Experience managing farm hands or field workers
- Strong knowledge of crop production and farm practices
- Good leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a rural setting and manage hands-on operations
