Fast Food Operator / Waiter (Airport, Bagatelle, Soflo, Grand Bay)

Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress/ FFO is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. 

The role requires maintaining the high service standards of company while ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

·         Welcome customers warmly and assist them with seating.

·         Present menus and explain food and beverage options.

·         Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.

·         Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

2. Table Service

·         Set up tables before service and ensure they are clean and well-presented.

·         Clear tables after customers finish and prepare them for the next guests.

·         Ensure customers’ needs are attended to during their visit.

3. Order & Billing

·         Enter orders correctly into the POS system.

·         Prepare and present bills to customers.

·         Handle payments including cash and card transactions.

4. Hygiene & Cleanliness

·         Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.

·         Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

·         Ensure proper handling of food and beverages.
