Front of House & Reservations: Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out) Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction Perform general front desk administrative duties Prior hospitality or lodge experience is advantageous. Guide / Ranger: FGASA Level 1 or 2 Bush Walks, Game Drives, Hosting a must PDP First Aid Rifle competency and advanced rifle handling Basic vehicle and camp maintenance Package on offer: Market related salaries depending on experience and qualifications. 3 weeks on 1 week off working cycle. Couples’ accommodation 3 meals a day while on duty Provident Fund
