Finance & Business Consulting Supervisor Location:

Full-Time Salary:

From ZMW 100,000 per annum plus performance bonus (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities Deliver business consulting services including financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting support.

Assist with company registration, corporate documentation, and PACRA-related administrative processes. Research and analyze Zambian taxation and regulatory frameworks.

Support compliance documentation and coordinate administrative tasks involving ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other authorities. Review financial data and offer recommendations for improved financial management.

Engage and coordinate with clients, government agencies, and external professional advisers. Manage consulting projects independently to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or business consulting. Strong practical knowledge of Zambia's accounting, taxation, and regulatory systems.

Understanding of VAT, Corporate Income Tax, PAYE, Turnover Tax, customs duty, and import VAT. Familiarity with ZRA, PACRA, NAPSA, and NHIMA procedures and online platforms.

Proven experience preparing financial statements, reports, and year-end closing procedures. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.

High professional standards, integrity, and confidentiality. ZICA Associate Membership is an advantage.

Previous experience in a professional services or consulting firm is preferred.

Junior Accountant Location:

• Negotiable based on qualifications and experience Key Responsibilities Support daily internal accounting and financial administration activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and organize supporting documentation.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with general ledger maintenance.
• Contribute to budgeting, financial analysis, and internal management reporting.
• Assist in financial data collection, documentation, and general administrative duties.
• Requirements and Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
