We are looking for a bright and analytical finance graduate who genuinely enjoys the subject. Someone who reads a set of figures and wants to understand what sits behind them, who notices when a balance does not behave the way it should, and who would rather investigate a variance than let it pass.

Technical knowledge can be taught and systems can be learned. Analytical ability and real interest in finance cannot, and those are what we will be assessing for.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Finance or Accounting, will be strong in Excel, and will be working towards or intending to pursue a professional qualification. Experience is welcome but not required. Fresh graduates who can demonstrate strong numerical and analytical reasoning are encouraged to apply. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Recruitment process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit a written assessment covering numerical and logical reasoning, followed by interviews with the finance leadership team. Invitations will be sent by email and completion of the assessment is required to proceed.
