This position involves:
- Managing accounting activities and performs financial performance analysis
- Monitoring OPEX and conducting cost analysis
- Overseeing balance sheet management and ensuring effective controls
- Maintaining oversight of property and fixed assets
- Providing coaching and overseeing performance management
- Driving finance process automation initiatives
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years’ commercial experience
- Strong financial and management accounting foundation
- Exposure to Sage X3, Power BI, or ERP systems
- Proven experience in automation and process improvement
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Strong in management accounting and financial analysis
Qualification:- B. Com Accounting (or similar)
- Newly qualified CA (SA)
