Our client, a well-established international investment group with operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts across multiple entities.
• Perform complex group consolidations, including the consolidation of foreign subsidiaries.
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS using CaseWare (or similar reporting software).
• Deliver accurate and timely group financial reporting within strict reporting deadlines.
• Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.
• Enhance financial controls, governance and reporting processes across the group.
• Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Partner with international finance teams to ensure consistency and reporting excellence across multiple jurisdictions.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree in Accounting.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts.
• Essential: Hands-on experience with group consolidations, including foreign subsidiaries.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and statutory financial reporting.
• Experience preparing IFRS-compliant annual financial statements using CaseWare (or similar software).
• Exposure to multi-entity and international reporting environments.
• Strong analytical, technical accounting and management accounting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel to Dubai on a monthly basis, with occasional local travel.
