Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Suitable Accounting Degree
- CIMA or SAIPA Articles
- At least 3- 5 years financial experience
Duties and Responsibilities:- General financial management of 2 companies
- Assist with budgets
- Compile all documents needed for audits
- Post journal entries
- Reconcile GL
- Verify accuracy of financial records
- Manage any SARS registrations and other authorities
- Act as the company representative with SARS
- VAT recons, EMP201 and EMP501 submissions
- Provisional tax calculations and submissions
- Manage supplier accounts
- Manage bookkeeper and Assistant and provide training to them where needed
- Collaborate with treasury for weekly cashflow management
- Support the development of financial forecasts and cash flow projections
- Any other ad hoc duties relating to the role
