Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ZICA, or equivalent.
Active membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). At least five years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, mining, or related industries.
Proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills. Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, professional integrity, and resilience under pressure.
