? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full accounting function – from processing through to reporting
• Monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Overseeing and improving costing, inventory, and operational finance processes
• Partnering with operations across distribution, manufacturing, and agriculture
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Driving efficiencies, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A strong, technically sound Financial Accountant (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience within manufacturing, distribution, or agri environments
• Solid understanding of stock, costing, and operational finance
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
• Someone who can own their space, challenge processes, and add value
• Relevant accounting qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent advantageous)
