Description:

• Manage the full financial function of the dealership.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee the general ledger, trial balance, and month-end and year-end processes.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor dealership profitability and provide financial analysis to management.
• Ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of debtors, creditors, bank accounts, and cashbooks.
• Manage vehicle floorplan financing and stock reconciliations.
• Oversee vehicle stock controls and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate VAT calculations and submissions.
• Manage PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with SARS, IFRS, company policies, and financial regulations.
• Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements where required.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Management.
• Professional registration (SAIPA, SAICA, CIMA, or similar) will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Manager or Senior Accountant role within the automotive dealership industry.
• Proven experience working on Autoline DMS is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles, VAT, and SARS legislation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, financial reporting, and leadership skills.
