Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging fitness activities and wellness programs for guests of all ages.
- Supervise daily operations of the Fitness Centre.
- Ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Promote spa, wellness and fitness services to guests.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
- Maintain excellent guest relations and uphold luxury service standards.
- Support team training, operational efficiency and cost control measures.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for:
- Has minimum 2 years in fitness, wellness, hospitality operations.
- Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
- is energetic, organised and able to work independently.
- Has knowledge of fitness and wellness trends.
- Holds First Aid knowledge/certification.
- Demonstrate leadership, teamwork and professionalism.
- Is flexible to work weekends and holidays when required.
