Fleet Manager

REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge of 4x4 vehicles and diesel engines
- Experience working in a lodge or remote environment advantageous
- Ability to manage vehicle servicing schedules and repairs
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Valid Driver’s License essential
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the entire lodge vehicle fleet
- Ensure all vehicles are serviced, maintained, and roadworthy
- Manage vehicle inspections, service schedules, and breakdowns
- Maintain accurate fleet records, logs, and maintenance reports
- Coordinate repairs and liaise with external service providers when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and lodge procedures
- Monitor fuel usage and control fleet-related costs
- Support guiding and operations teams with vehicle readiness
- Assist with general maintenance duties when required
