FP&A Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and performance review.

· Act as a finance business partner to support commercial, operational, and strategic decisions.

· Drive FP&A and operations finance across end-to-end value streams, linking strategy with frontline execution.

· Design KPI-based performance management, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve business visibility and data-driven decision-making.

· Provide actionable insights for different management levels, identifying risks, opportunities, cost savings, and improvement actions.

· Support finance process standardization, internal controls, and digital transformation projects, including Power BI.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 5–7 years of experience in FP&A and business partnering.

· Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance improvements.

· Ability to translate financial and operational data into business insights.

· Proven ability to partner with commercial, operational, and management teams in a diverse business and cross-cultural environment.

· Experience with ERP (Tally is a plus) and Power BI.
